A Boy and His Blob: Trouble on Blobolonia (usually referred to as A Boy and His Blob) is a game released for the Famicom and Nintendo Entertainment System. It was followed by a sequel called Rescue of Princess Blobette for the Game Boy.

Gameplay[edit | edit source]

You play a boy who discovered an alien blob who can transform into various objects by feeding him certain jelly beans. He needs your help to return to his home planet Blobolonia, where the king has turned evil and is forcing his subjects to eat unhealthy food. Use your skills, your wits, and your jelly beans to guide Blob through underground passageways and the terrain of his own homeworld, turning him into the objects that you need to help him complete his quest.
