King Anduin Wrynn is the son of former King of Stormwind City, Varian Wrynn in World of Warcraft.

Biography

Mists of Pandaria

In Mists of Pandaria, Anduin, given the codename "White Pawn", arrived on Pandaria with a fleet of troops. The fleet was attacked by unknown forces (possibly the Hozen tribe), and while Anduin was able to escape deep into the forest, the rest of the crew was not so lucky. Although the location of Anduin is unknown, the player, with the help of Loremaster Cho, is able to see a vision of the Prince running into darkness. The player meets Anduin, who found company by a group of Pandaren, one of which is gravely injured. The player assists him by retrieving sacred water from a nearby cave in order to heal the Pandaren.
