The ColecoVision Expansion Module #1 was a peripheral that allowed ColecoVision owners to play Atari 2600 games on their system. It was the first type of module made for any such system that allowed for Atari 2600 games to be played. However, Atari sued Coleco since Coleco created an expansion module for their ColecoVision console so players can play 2600 games on the CV, thus ending the production of making Expansion Module #1.
