The game known as Deadly Arts is a 3D fighter that was met with unanimously bad reviews. In Japan, this game is known as G.A.S.P. Fighters' NEXTream. The bad reviews are largely due to a poorly-optimized game engine. Instead of using a well-established engine, the developers at Konami opted to implement their own engine.
Using your Street Fighter-esque characters, you utilize combos and moves. The environments and levels, however, are interactive, allowing for some fun in different stages. The game also gives players a plethora of options, including multi-player and a customizable create-a-fighter mode.
