Display resolution is the number of pixels that can be displayed on a viewing area, whether it be on a computer monitor or a TV screen.

Aspect Ratio[edit | edit source]

Typical aspect ratio include 4:3, 16:9 and 16:10.

  • 640x480
  • 800x600
  • 1024x768
  • 1280x960 (not to be confused with 1280x1024, which is a 5:4 aspect ratio)
