Dynamo Games Ltd is an independent, multi award-winning video game developer and publisher based in Dundee, Scotland. Established in 2004, it is the first developer working exclusively on mobile platforms to win a gaming BAFTA award[1] and one of the first studios to develop titles for the Google Android mobile operating system. As well as developing games for a variety of handheld formats, Dynamo has launched several applications for mobile phones using Java technology.

The company has a focus on developing sports titles and has transferred several television franchises over to the mobile phone format. Notable achievements include the BAFTA award-winning mobile version of Championship Manager 2007.[2]

As of 16 February 2009, Dynamo Games became an officially approved developer for the Wii, Nintendo DS and Wiiware.[4] Dynamo is currently developing its series of new, but as yet unnamed titles for these Nintendo formats.

Dynamo Games has announced it's to switch its focus to the growing social games genre as the studio expands and moves to larger premises. [5]
