Commander in chief of Corneria's defense force, Pepper (an anthropomorphic dog) is usually the one to task Star Fox with Andross's destruction. He also sometimes gives them advice along the way about upcoming parts of space.

He usually gives Fox and the crew many other tasks, like saving Krystal, and PWNING Pikachu at Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
