The Happy Mask Salesman is a character in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time and The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask.
In Ocarina of Time, he is part of an optional sidequest. Link is asked to sell a few masks to specific NPCs for access to the Mask of Truth.
In Majora's Mask, he is the guy who helps Link return to his normal state (by teaching him the Song of Healing after he reclaims the Ocarina of Time) in Majora's Mask, and, in return, he asks for Link's help in recovering Majora's Mask.
