The sequel to International Superstar Soccer 64. Somehow, they skipped ahead from 1964 to 1998, but no one seems to mind, because apparently International Superstar Soccer '98 is a good soccer/football/janzgrog game.

Don't expect real players in this game. Konami did not score the FIFA license, but that doesn't mean you can't use the player creator to recreate every single person in the league, right? But there are 64 teams, 9 stadiums (Some of which are real), and commentary by the mythical beast, Tony Gibba.

The gameplay is slower paced than FIFA Soccer 64, making it more tactical and methodical. You can play 6 different modes: Open Game, International Cup, World League, Penalty Kicks, Scenario and Training.
