Kiddy

An adjective generally applied to a video game or console that the speaker believes to be too child-oriented. People often categorize games with bright colors, cartoony character design, and lack of violence to be kiddy. A more accurate assessment would be games with easy gameplay designed specifically only for kids to enjoy. The irony is that it is the younger, less mature gamers that are most likely to write off a game as "kiddy".
