The Royal Family[edit | edit source]
Commander Ferid- Ferid is the husband of Queen Arstat and the Commander of the Queen's Knights. He is originally from the Island Nations and won Arstat's love and hand in the Sacred Games. He loves his wife and children deeply and does his best to counter-act the influence of the Sun rune.
Queen Arstat- Arstat is the current ruler of the Queendom of Falena. She is the older sister of Sialeeds and a cousin to Haswar. She is a warm and compassionate Queen; the Queendom has flourished under her leadership. She is training her daughter to rule and fighting to do the best for her people, despite the wishes of the two powerful nobel families. Her temperate has changed of late because she bears the Sun rune.
Princess Lymsleia- Lymsleia is the heir to the throne of Falena and the Prince's younger sister. She worships her brother and does not enjoy being separated from him for long. Miakis is her bodyguard, but she is also Lymsleia's best friend. Lymsleia is a serious little girl, very conscious of her responsibility as the future Queen.
Prince- The Prince is the hero of the game. The player's choices determine the majority of the Prince's temperament. Though he is the eldest, he has no claim to the throne. The Prince spends most of his time being the Queen's eyes and ears, inspecting both the cities of the Queendom and the people who live there.
Sialeeds- Sialeeds gave up her right to marriage and the throne when Arstat was crowned Queen, an agreement the cousins made after witnessing the horrible civil war started by their mothers. Sialeeds usually accompanies her nephew on his trips, serving as a protector, chaperone, and voice of experience. She has a cynical view of the world and severely dislikes the nobels and Lucretia Merces.
Haswar- Haswar is the Oracle, protector of Lunas, the holy land of Falena. She supervises the crowning of the Queen and the Purification Rite that is performed during an engagement ceremony. Haswar is the oldest of the cousins. She loves children and used to baby-sit for the Prince when he was younger.
The Queen's Knights[edit | edit source]
Lyon- Lyon is an apprentice Queen's Knight. She serves as the Prince's bodyguard and is looked upon by Ferid and Arstat as a second daughter. Lyon is fierce in her protection of the Prince and his reputation. She very rarely leaves his side. Lyon gives the player hints on how to advance the storyline.
Miakis- Miakis is Princess Lymsleia's bodyguard. She delights in teasing her young charge and seems to regard the Princess as a younger sister. Miakis is originally from Sauronix and she is well remembered by Craig, Rahal, and Roog.
Georg- Georg is a newly appointed member of the Queen's Knights. He knew Ferid before he became the Commander and has a high esteem of Ferid and the Prince. Georg accompanies the Prince as well, and mentors the Prince and Lyon.
