Mega Man ZX is the first game in the Mega Man ZX series.
Story[edit | edit source]
200 years after the end of the Mega Man Zero series, the world has changed for the better since the events of the Mega Man Zero series and equality between reploids and humans have been established. Humans are given reploid bodies and reploids are given organs, leaving the two indisdinguishable aside from the red crystal on a reploid's forehead. Girouette (referred to by Giro), a young man who owns a delivery business is about to deliver a package with one of his employees (Aile or Vent, player choice) when they are interrupted by a Maverick raid. Gunfire to Aile/Vent's bike blows up the vehicle, sending them flying away. They wake up and Giro radios in to tell them to protect the package. The clients for the package, The Guardians arrive at the scene to acquire the package but a large Maverick attacks some of the Guardians. The package turns out to be a reincarnation of Mega Man X, now known as Biometal Model X and fuses with Aile/Vent.
