Navigation There are 32 planets in Meteos, each having their own variation in gravity, boost speed, and block combinations, giving each planet a different feel. Additionally, after defeating Meteo in Star Trip mode, a game is played on the Metamo Ark while the credits scroll on the top screen. The Metamo Ark stage is more than twice as wide as other planets, making the meteos blocks extremely small. Geolyte, Firim, Oleana, and Anasaze are initially available as home planets. The rest must be unlocked through Fusion. *Anasaze "English" Translation: One-Eyed Planet of Cowboys
European Name: Anasaze
Music Name: Wild West Cowboy
This wild planet has a thin atmosphere, making life harsh. Anasazeans can go days subsisting on a tiny bit of water.
Quirk - Anasaze has different layouts of meteos. Abundant meteos: Soil
Other meteos: Air, Fire, Iron, Zoo
Rare meteo: Time *Bavoom "English" Translation: Planet of Wind
European Name: Bavoom
Music Name: Funky Horn
Fierce winds cut through the dense atmosphere of this barren planet. The Bavoomians live on the wind currents.
Quirk - Floating stacks fall quickly, but while holding the speeder, they will actually fall more slowly.
Abundant meteos: Air
Other meteos: Fire, H20, Soil, Iron
Rare meteo: Time *Boggob "English" Translation: Marshy Planet
European Name: Perila
Music Name: Cha-Cha Chop
The warlike people of this swampy planet must fight for life in an ecosystem teeming with predators.
Quirk - Stacks fall very quickly, but you have more time to make combos after they land.
Abundant meteos: Herb
Other meteos: Air, H20, Soil, Zoo
Rare meteo: Soul *Brabbit "English" Translation: Gas Party
European Name: Aetheria
Music Name: Pon!
A collage of colored gas hangs over this planet. Brabbiters are sentient gas beings and amazing shape-shifters.
Quirk - Stacks fall and rise slowly, making it possible to keep a constantly moving stack at the top of the screen that instantly repels all incoming Meteos.
Abundant meteos: Air
Other meteos: Fire, H20, Soil, Zap
Rare meteo: Soul *Cavious "English" Translation: Gaping Maw
European Name: Cavernis
Music Name: Ambient Pipes
A massive cavern stretches deep below this planet. The stubborn Caviousians use their heads as rock hammers.
Abundant meteos: Soil
Other meteos: Fire, Iron, Zap, Herb
Rare meteo: Time *Dawndus "English" Translation: Outside Sleepaway Camp
European Name: Insomnis
Music Name: Drumline
This planet boasts a perpetual state of either dawn or dusk. The insomniac Dawndusians like to feign sleep.
Quirk - Burned Meteos take a long time to become "unburned". It is also possible to create an infinite boost combo on this planet, to the point that the boost multiplier will loop "x 99" over and over. This is accomplished by creating a stack as large as the planet will allow, then boosting this large block only after it has touched down on the planet's "surface", and boosting it in this way over and over (i.e., only after the "your stack landed" music plays). Once you get tired of doing this, launch the whole block off screen by boosting it once, then in midair again once or twice, to get an additional "screen clear" multiplier. This technique can net you millions of points in Deluge mode.
Abundant meteos: Air, Fire, Soil, Herb, Zoo
Other meteos: None
Rare meteo: Soul *Firim "English" Translation: Endless Flame European Name: Ignius
Music Name: Rocking Spirit
This incandescent planet burns from within and rotates at high speed. The Firimes can command lava flows at will.
Quirk - Combo boosts made after the initial alignment are exceptionally powerful, so a second alignment usually finishes a stack. Verticals always clear the screen.
Abundant meteos: Fire
Other meteos: Air, Soil, Iron, Zap
Rare meteo: Time *Florias "English" Translation: Bloom Planet
European Name: Florias
Music Name: Indie Music Troupe
Flowers bloom wildly on this planet. Floriasians are sentient plants that use their own petals to tell the future.
Abundant meteos: Herb, Zoo (Dark meteos are also quite common, despite Meteo counts)
Other meteos: Air, Fire, H20, Dark (Not shown)
Rare meteo: Soul *Forte "English" Translation: Broken Planet
European Name: Forte
Music Name: Stepped On
The timid Forters—renowned jumpers—live in the deep surface cracks of this liquid- and plant-free planet.
Quirk - Horozontal ignitions are very weak but vertical ignitions can and will launch everything off the screen.
Abundant meteos: Soil
Other meteos: Air, Fire, Iron, Zoo
Rare meteo: Soul *Freaze "English" Translation: Planet of Ice
European Name: Polaria
Music Name: Winter impasse
Chilling blizzards ravage this icy orb. Freazers are more matter than organism, and enjoy sliding their bulk over ice.
Abundant meteos: H20
Other meteos: Air, Soil, Iron, Zap
Rare meteo: Time *Geolyte "English" Translation: Earth's Clone
European Name: Geolitia
Music Name: Bravo
Earth, water, and air are balanced on this blue planet. The merry Geolyte civilization is very similar to Earth's.
NOTE: Geolyte has the most normal physics, to which all other planets are compared.
Abundant meteos: Air, Fire, H20, Soil
Other meteos: Zoo
Rare meteo: Soul *Gigagush "English" Translation: Planet of Aliens
European Name: Vortina
Music Name: Aliens
The great vortex around this planet sucks in anything nearby. Gigagushers suck in prey and use poison fangs.
Quirk - All blocks rise and fall at a constant speed. All ignitions, regardless of type or location, have the same power.
Abundant meteos: Zoo
Other meteos: Air, Fire, Iron, Zap, Herb
Rare meteo: Soul *Globin "English" Translation: Hemoglobin Planet
European Name: Globin
Music Name: Inner Bubbles
Globin's structure is much like a living body, and its people distribute nourishment and repel invaders.
Abundant meteos: Zoo
Other meteos: Air, Fire, H20, Herb, Dark
Rare meteo: Soul *Grannest "English" Translation: Machine Land
European Name: Smogor
Music Name: Tech 'n' Knock
This planet thrives on industry, which has sullied its environment and forced the native machines into space.
Abundant meteos: Iron
Other meteos: Air, Fire, H20, Zap
Rare meteo: Time *Gravitas "English" Translation: Supergravity
European Name: Gravitas
Music Name: Metallia
The brutal gravity of Gravitas turns the tiniest speck into an ultradense particle. Gravitases enjoy little leisure.
Quirk - Initial alignments achieve zero thrust. However, a second alignment will instantly launch off the screen (assuming there is not a huge volume of incoming garbage Meteos).
Abundant meteos: Soil
Other meteos: Air, Iron, Zap, Zoo
Rare meteo: Time *Hevendor European Name: Hevendor
Music Name: Space-Time Continuum
Hevendor is home to the life-forms known as the seven sages. Before these powerful psychics, Meteos are but toys.
Quirk - Infinite boost power. All alignments will instantly launch the stack off the screen (assuming there is not a huge volume of incoming garbage Meteos). If this happens, midair boosts are found to be strangely ineffective.
Abundant meteos: Air, Fire, H20, Soil, Iron, Zap (Zoo also appears a lot)
Other meteos: None
Rare meteo: Time *Hotted European Name: Pyros
Music Name: Transpace
The intense heat of Hotted makes the iron-rich rocks on its surface shine. Hotteds are savage, giant... but dutiful.
Quirk - Initial boosts are not too powerful, but second alignments are very much so. However, if a secondary does not launch, subsequent boosts only weaken in power (a fourth is weaker than a third, etc.).
Abundant meteos: Fire
Other meteos: Air, Soil, Iron, Zap, Dark
Rare meteo: Soul *Jeljel "English" Translation: Hot Gel Planet
European Name: Magmor
Music Name: Hall of Horrors
This molten orb is covered in viscous, gooey magma that Jeljellians can fuse with. They are a very lonely race.
Quirk - Consecutive step jumps do not increase thrust until at least the seventh ignition. A horizontal ignition at this point will cause the stack of meteos to become partway clear of the screen. Any horizontal ignition after this point will launch the stack. Vertical ignitions remain weak until the eleventh ignition.
Abundant meteos: Fire
Other meteos: Air, H20, Iron, Zap
Rare meteo: Soul *Lastar European Name: Candelor
Music Name: Solar Chimes
A fierce brilliance envelops this world, eliminating all shadows. Lastarals speak by reflecting this brilliant light.
Quirk - Vertical ignitions have relatively low power here. When used as secondary ignitions though, they're an instant launch.
Abundant meteos: Fire, H20, Iron, Zap, Glow
Other meteos: None
Rare meteo: Time *Layazero "English" Translation: Electric Sea
European Name: Holozero
Music Name: Eurorockitude
It's unclear whether this holographic planet is real or an illusion. Layazeroes draw strength from holographic designs.
Quirk - Burned Meteos become unburned very quickly. Vertical boosts always clear the screen.
Abundant meteos: Zap
Other meteos: Air, Fire, H20, Iron
Rare meteo: Soul *Luna=Luna European Name: Luna=Luna
Music Name: The Scratch Show
These twin moons are tied like lovers dancing a waltz. The natives often attempt to jump between moons.
Quirk - Stacks fall and rise slowly, making it possible to keep a constantly moving stack at the top of the screen that instantly repels all incoming Meteos.
Abundant meteos: Fire, Soil, Iron, Zap, Herb
Other meteos: Dark (not on the list)
Rare meteo: Soul *Megadom "English" Translation: Floating Dome
European Name: Megadom
Music Name: Major Tempo
Most of this planet is covered in dense gas that makes the natives—who live on a floating island—eternal optimists.
Quirk - Secondary ignitions start to lose power after the third ignition. If you have not launched the stack by the third ignition, give it up.
Abundant meteos: Air, Iron, Zap
Other meteos: Fire, H20
Rare meteo: Time *Mekks "English" Translation: Mechanized Mine
European Name: Mekks
Music Name: Faicomic
Once a space mine, the natives of Mekks spun wires like thread to make a constantly evolving mechanized planet.
Quirk - All blocks rise and fall at a constant speed. All igniions, regardless of type or location, have the same power.
Abundant meteos: Iron, Zap
Other meteos: Air, Fire, H20
Rare meteo: Time *Meteo "English" Translation: The Culprit
European Name: Meteo
Music Name: Planet Meteo
The culprit behind the universal chaos, and destroyer of worlds. The Metamo Ark defeated this galactic bane.
Quirk - In Star Trip mode, you will get a combination of Glow, Dark, and four random Meteo types.
Abundant meteos: Fire, Zap, Herb, Zoo, Glow, Dark
Other meteos (all star trip only): Air, H20, Soil, Iron
Rare meteo: Both Soul and Time (the only planet with such a characteristic) *Oleana European Name: Oleana
Music Name: Shinin'
This watery planet is mostly covered in seas that teem with life. Oleanans are highly advanced and peaceful.
Abundant meteos: H20
Other meteos: Air, Fire, Zap, Herb
Rare meteo: Soul *Starrii European Name: Stellis
Music Name: Holiday Laughter
The home of the goddess Starrii, this planet is populated by humble oracles who live to protect her.
Abundant meteos: Zoo
Other meteos: Air, H20, Herb, Glow
Rare meteo: Time *Suburbion "English" Translation: Space Homes
European Name: Surburbion
Music Name: Hot Revival
This tiny, man-made space suburb is home to a bellicose race whose home planet was destroyed by constant warfare.
Quirk - Like on Dawndus, burned Meteos take a long time to become "unburned".
Abundant meteos: Iron, Zap
Other meteos: Herb, Zoo, Dark
Rare meteo: Soul *Thirnova European Name: Trinova
Music Name: Bossa Cafe
This strange light spawned between two supernovas is likely an alternate dimension. Thirnovas are half energy.
Quirk - Although boosts have good initial power, they easily stop when hit with incoming Meteos.
Abundant meteos: Fire, Zap
Other meteos: Iron, Herb, Glow
Rare meteo: Time *Vubble European Name: Sferia
Music Name: Natural Paradise
Vubblies skate among giant bubbles made by Vubble's highly viscous ocean foam. They absolutely loathe sharp things.
Quirk - Vertical boosts will go nowhere unless you perform a secondary alignment, which is (vertically) usually impossible.
Abundant meteos: H20
Other meteos: Air, Zap, Herb, Glow
Rare meteo: Time *Wiral European Name: Neuralis
Music Name: Speed of Magic
Only machines move across this ravaged planet's surface. The Wiralons all moved into the lobes of an electro-brain.
Quirk - Primary ignitions don't go far, but as combos are made, the power increases to the point where a fifth or sixth ignition is guaranteed launch.
Abundant meteos: Zap
Other meteos: H20, Iron, Herb, Dark
Rare meteo: Time *Wuud European Name: Arborea
Music Name: Earth Rhythms
Wuud is basically a single giant tree. Wuudites live symbiotically with the great tree, never harming it.
Quirk - Stacks fall and rise slowly, making it possible to keep a constantly moving stack at the top of the screen that instantly repels all incoming Meteos.
Abundant meteos: Herb
Other meteos: Air, Fire, H20, Zoo
Rare meteo: Soul *Yooj European Name: Gigantis
Music Name: Number 5
A thunderhead of monstrous size hangs over this sphere. As a result, Yoojics can only think big.
Abundant meteos: Air
Other meteos: Fire, H20, Zap, Herb, Glow (not on the list)
Rare meteo: Time
