Pennington is a character in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. He is a mediocre detective riding on the Excess Express. He is very enthusiastic about his job, but he is always quick to blame/accuse others. He is in charge of the Poshley Sanctum. Throughout the game, he mistakes Mario as Luigi.
