PocketBike Racer is an advergaming title from Burger King. On November 19, 2006, Burger King started selling it for an additional $3.99 USD ($4.99 in Canada) with any value meal. It is one of three titles released by Burger King.

Gameplay[edit | edit source]

Pocketbike Racer involves The King and other Burger King characters racing throughout various tracks on pocketbikes. There are multiple bikes available, but some have to be unlocked by completing tournaments. The bikes can be set to speeds of 50cc, 100cc or 150cc.

There are several gadgets the racers can use. To use them, the gadgets meter must be filled with cone energy by going through cone gates laid around the track. Cone energy can also be used to boost the speed of a bike. The items that can be used are:

  • Shield (Protects against enemy attacks and can stun other racers when touched.)
  • Bottle Rocket (Fires in a straight line and hits anyone it touches.)
  • Firecracker (Lay as a trap for oncoming racers.)
  • Guided Bottle Rocket (Homes on enemy racers.)
  • Flash (Blinds and deafens nearby players.)
  • The Disruptor (Reverses another racer's controls.)

There are four different types of racing games available in tournament mode and free play:

  • Standard Race
  • Battle Royale
  • Ultimate Cone Trial
  • Hard Core Racing
