Proper Games is a British video game developer based in Dundee, Scotland, and was formed in 2006 following the closure of Visual Science. It is an award-winning studio employing a core group of 15 developers. The company is active in the dynamic games development community in Scotland, especially in Dundee. Proper is also an associate member of TIGA, the trade organisation representing the UK games industry.

There are several games industry veterans on staff at Proper Games, including CEO Paddy Sinclair and COO Chris Wright. John Sinclair, CTO, joined the company about a year after its founding.

The company specialises in downloadable games and content.

April 2009: Flock! released (XBLA, PSN, Steam, PC). Published by Capcom.

November 2009: Flock! wins BAFTA Scotland.

April 2009: Final Fight: Double Impact released on PSN and XBLA. ] (XBLA,PSN). Published by Capcom.

June 2010: Proper announced during E3 that they are collaborating with another Dundee developer, Ruffian Games, on the Premium Downloadable Content (PDLC) for Crackdown 2.
