Quarterback Attack was the only quarterback-only football game for the Sega Saturn and 3DO. It featured Mike Ditka as head coach of the player's team. The only player you could control was the quarterback, and the defense was full motion video. Its lack of features and playability led to a poor reception.

This game can be seen in the film Game Over.
