Robo-Collecter (Toruzo-kun) is an enemy from Dynamite Headdy.
He is a large red robot with yellow claws and a brown basket that appears in the story and the runaway scene. In the story, he sets the town on fire and scares away the townsfolks. Headdy appears to try to defeat him but after he fails to do so he captures him. In the runaway scene. he comes out of nowhere and tries to capture the townsfolks by putting them in his basket. He cannot capture or hurt Headdy except he can hurt him back. He takes several hits to be defeated.
