Synetic was a German Third Party video game development company founded in 1996 by former members of Ascaron. Synetic developed mostly Racing video games, with their Alarm für Cobra 11 series being the most popular. Synetic published all it's games in it's home country of Germany, and most of their games are relatively unknown across the rest of the world.

As of March 2014, Synetic has stopped developing video games.
