The Death and Return of Superman is a game released for the Sega Genesis and Super Nintendo Entertainment System game systems. It is based on the Death and Return of Superman storyline published in 1992 and 1993 by DC Comics.

Gameplay[edit | edit source]

There is a feature on playing alternately as Superman, Superboy, Steel, and Eradicator as they go out the entire story, from Superman's battle with Doomsday to his final conflict with Cyborg Superman in Engine City. Gameplay is similar to that of the Final Fight series.
