UNC: Major Kyle is obtained when you enter the Century system. A former Alliance marine has formed a cult of biotics, and the Systems Alliance considers him dangerous.
After walking through the compound, you find Major Kyle. The mission can be solved with either a Paragon or Renegade choice to prevent bloodshed.
