Userbox Project

It's time to start making some userboxes. Speak up if you have any suggestions or issues, otherwise we'll proceed as follows:

1. Define what kinds of userboxes we want to cover first
2. Contribute 45px by 45px images for them
3. Use and format the templates (color, etc.)
