Windows 3.11 is a graphical operating system released by Microsoft Corporation in August, 1993. It was a bugfix release to Windows 3.1, and was available as a free upgrade for Windows 3.1 users. Support was officially discontinued on December 31, 2001. Its business counterpart was Windows for Workgroups 3.11.
