Cabela's 4x4 Off-Road Adventure is the first to be released in the 4x4 Off-Road Adventure series. It was developed by FUN Labs and released February, 2001.
The game was published by Activision, in conjunction with hunting supply company Cabela's. The game was followed by two sequels Cabela's 4x4 Off-Road Adventure 2 and Cabela's 4x4 Off-Road Adventure 3.
Reception
IGN said for the PC version, "A diamond in the rough that's slowly puttering down the long, hard, road towards respectability." IGN also rated the game 6.0 (passable).
