Chancellor Cole is an enemy character that appears in the game The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks. He wore two hats on his head to disguise the fact that he has two demonlike horns, and exposes them when he reveals that he is in league with the evil Malladus to bring him back to life when the Spirit Tracks that bind him disappear.
