Deathstroke (Slade Joseph Wilson) is a fictional character from the DC Comics Universe. He was originally named The Terminator, but to avoid future confusion and lawsuits, he was renamed Deathstroke the Terminator.

Description[ | ]

Deathstroke is a mercenary/assassin, equipped with a variety of weapons. Thanks to experimental treatments, he possesses superhuman strength, speed, agility, durability, and a limited regenerative healing ability.

Deathstroke is missing his right eye, and his mask is missing a right eye socket as a result.

Game appearances[ | ]

Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe[ | ]

Deathstroke's first video game appearance was in Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe where he is a DC Villain. He is not playable in the story mode, but fightable.

Injustice: Gods Among Us[ | ]

Deathstroke appears as a playable character in Injustice. He is playable in Chapter 7 as the Insurgency version.

Batman: Arkham Origins[ | ]

Deathstroke is one of the eight assassins hired by Black Mask (later revealed to be Joker in disguise) to kill Batman. He serves as the second boss in the game, attacking Batman while the latter is interrogating the Penguin aboard the Final Offer for Black Mask's location. After defeating Deathstroke and knocking him out, Batman takes his Remote Claw and leaves him for the GCPD. Deathstroke can be later be seen as an inmate in Blackgate Prison: a conversation indicates that he is not interested in facing Batman without another bounty.

Batman: Arkham Knight[ | ]

Deathstroke returns in Batman: Arkham Knight as an optional boss, having been hired by the Arkham Knight to replace him as the militia leader. Once Batman defeats all of the militia throughout the city, the two meet in Grand Avenue to settle their score in a tank battle. Once again, Batman emerges victorious, knocking Deathstroke out as the latter leaves his tank. Deathstroke is sent to the GCPD for incarceration, with the assassin swearing to bring down the Dark Knight for free.
