EVE Online: Castor was the first major content addition to EVE Online, originally released as EVE Online: The Second Genesis. It focused on refining current functions along with adding "Tech II" elite components and ships. With its release, EVE Online players saw conquerable stations in 0.0 security systems, as well as the introduction of the agent mission running system and research agents. Many other features were released between the launch of EVE Online: Castor and its successor, EVE Online: Exodus.
