My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic is a mobile video game developed by Gameloft under license from Hasbro, Inc., building upon the successful franchise of the same name that generated nine television series, one feature film (a second is in the works, scheduled for a 2021 release), and a spin-off franchise called My Little Pony: Equestria Girls, some elements of which are directly referenced in this video game.
Gameplay[ | ]
Gameplay centers around recruiting more characters from the show, constructing new buildings to employ them, and levelling up the aforementioned characters to be employed in higher-paying jobs. The game employs a premium currency model to encourage players to acquire characters they could not purchase otherwise.
