Yume Koujou Doki Doki Panic is a 2D platformer game developed by Nintendo and published by Fuji Television in Japan. This game was converted into Super Mario Bros. 2 when released outside of Japan, with some significant changes both to the graphics and gameplay. Some items were graphically altered to look more familiar to the Mario series.
